Shipping & Returns

Purchases made November 20, 2024 through to January 2, 2024 have an extended return period through to January 12, 2024 (so the last day of the return window is 12 January 2024). All other returns terms and conditions apply, including the Importants Notes below. 
 
SHIPPING:
 
We ship in-stock items, within Australia, normally within 1-2 business days of receiving your order (often much quicker) via Australia Post.

What happens when you place an order?

  • We do our best to process payments and package your ordered products in 1-2 business days (often sooner)
  • Average Delivery is 3 to 7 working days
****NOTE: clearance orders may take 7-21 days to process and ship out****
  • Free shipping for orders over $200.00 is via Parcel Post for domestic orders and $500.00 Australia Post Air for international orders. If you select Express Post or another method for delivery, this will incur a charge.
  • BLACK FRIDAY SALE items are excuded from free shipping - Domestic and International
  • CLEARANCE & SALE items are excluded from free international shipping
  • If you haven't received your product within 8 working days of placing the order please contact us immediately
  • All postage costs include insurance and other handling costs. If your product/s go missing and can't be tracked down, you can be assured, we will replace the item at no cost to you*

  • Tiller extensions over 105cm will incur a shipping surcharge, please contact us for a shipping estimate
  • To comply with intertnational airfreight requirements, all inflatable PFDs that are ordered with a delivery address outside of Australia - the CO2 cartridge will be removed and will not be shipped with the PFD - no discount or refund will be provided for this.
  • LASER SALE SALE items do not qualify for free international shipping. Shipping will be quoted and invoiced after a purchase has been made. 
  • EXPRESS POST SHIPMENTS - products with a length over 105cm cannot be shipped via Express Post. They will need to be shipped via StarTrack road freight. 
     

* Important Note: Even though we make every effort to get your goods to you in the shortest possible time - MonkeyFist and associated businesses and companies can not be held responsible for failed delivery. If your product isn't delivered we will attempt to track it down via our frieght company and if that fails we will send you another product (the same as the initial order) at no cost to you.


RETURNS - Extended Holiday Return Policy
 
We know that everyone makes mistakes sometimes. If you order the wrong item, size or colour you can return it to us within 10 days of the date you receive your product and we will give you a credit or refund*

*Important Notes:
  • our credit/refund/return policy does not alter your statutory rights as a consumer
  • you must cover all costs associated with shipping the item/s back to MonkeyFist
  • the product/s & packaging must be returned in new & resaleable condition
  • we can only refund the purchase price of the product; shipping & insurance is not refundable
  • there may be a restocking fee (up to 25%) if you wish to return the products, which will be deducted from the credit or refund
  • Orders paid for with PayPal will incur a 5% surcharge for refunds.

  • CLEARANCE ITEMS - any item with CLEARANCE in the product name or description is a FINAL SALE ITEM. Only returns/exchanges due to product fault or warranty will be accepted. 
  • Some CLEARANCE items may be marked, shop soiled, or damaged, and are sold as-is. 
  • Customised merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Electronics orders over $300 cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, unless faulty.
  • Returns are refunded back to the form of payment with which the order was purchased.

Instead of exchanges, we only offer a more efficient process - if you'd like a replacement product, please return the original to us for a refund and place your order for the replacement directly via monkeyfist.com.au, this means you'll get your new product much quicker.

Simple 4-step returns process:

  • Complete the below Returns Form & send it in
  • One of our staff will email you your Returns Order Slip
  • Print it out and send it in, along with your returned product/s
  • Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 7 days

WARRANTIES
If you need to help with a warranty claim for a product you've purchased from us, please complete the form below. This should capture all the information we need to assess the best course of action for your issue.

Please note that defects in materials and workmanship are something that is covered under warranty, however normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, negligence, and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use are not normally covered under warranty.
